2. Use of the Service

BabyNameHindu is a free service for personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• Browse, search and filter Hindu baby names
• Save names to your personal list
• Share individual name pages via URL

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk download our name data
• Reproduce or republish our content on other websites without written permission
• Use our data for commercial purposes without a licensing agreement
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack or disrupt our systems

3. User Accounts

Some content on BabyNameHindu including name descriptions, extended meanings and name suggestions is generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence. AI content is reviewed by our team before publication but may contain inaccuracies, cultural misattributions or errors. We do not accept liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The BabyNameHindu brand, logo, website design, UI, curated name lists and original editorial content are the intellectual property of Simply Solutions.

Name meanings derived from ancient public domain Sanskrit texts (Vedas, Upanishads, Puranas, Ramayana, Mahabharata) are not claimed as proprietary. Our curation, organisation, presentation and editorial additions to these names are our original work.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BabyNameHindu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that name information is complete, accurate or culturally appropriate for your specific tradition.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of BabyNameHindu, including any decisions made regarding baby names based on information found on this site.

11. Janam Kundli & Astrology Disclaimer

BabyNameHindu offers a free Janam Kundli (birth chart) report as a limited-time promotional feature. The following terms apply to it, in addition to the rest of these Terms:

• Free and limited-time. The Janam Kundli service is provided free of charge for a limited period. We may change, limit, pause, charge for, or withdraw it at any time without notice.
• How it is prepared. Each report is created using a combination of the birth details you provide and AI-assisted tools, together with input from our team. Its accuracy depends on the date, time and place of birth you submit. Incorrect or approximate details will produce an inaccurate report.
• For personal interest only. Astrology, Rashi, Nakshatra and Kundli are part of traditional belief and cultural practice. They are not science and are provided for personal, cultural and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in the report is a statement of fact or a guaranteed prediction.
• May not be fully accurate. Some details in a Kundli may be incomplete, approximate or not fully correct. Please be mindful and use your own judgment. Do not rely on the report for any medical, legal, financial, career, marriage, health or other important decision, and always consult a qualified professional for such matters.
• Provided "as is". The service is offered on a best-effort basis. We aim to deliver within 48 hours but do not guarantee delivery time, availability, accuracy or any outcome.
• No liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Solutions accepts no liability for any decision, action, loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Janam Kundli or report.
