This policy explains how our products are delivered. BabyNameHindu™ is a brand of Simply Solutions.

1. Digital Products Only — No Physical Shipping

BabyNameHindu does not sell or ship any physical goods. Browsing and saving baby names and using our apps are free. Our only paid service is the 🔮 Janam Kundli (Birth Chart) Report, which is a personalised digital product. As nothing physical is shipped, no shipping address, courier or physical delivery is involved, and no shipping charges apply.

2. How Your Janam Kundli Is Delivered

After you submit your request and complete payment (where applicable), your Janam Kundli is prepared and delivered digitally to the contact details you provide:

  • WhatsApp — on the mobile number you submit, and
  • Email — on the email address you submit.

3. Delivery Time

Your Janam Kundli is hand-prepared and is normally delivered within 48 hours of a confirmed request. During peak periods it may take a little longer; if so, we will keep you informed on WhatsApp or email.

4. Delivery Charges

There are no delivery or shipping charges. The price shown at checkout (in Indian Rupees, INR) is the total amount payable for the digital report.

5. Non-Delivery or Incorrect Details

If you do not receive your Janam Kundli within 48 hours, or it was prepared using incorrect details, please contact us within 7 days at [email protected] or +91 8929020269. We will re-deliver the report at no charge or, where applicable, process a refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. International Delivery

Because every order is digital, customers anywhere in the worldreceive their Janam Kundli the same way — on WhatsApp and email — with no customs, duties or physical-shipping considerations.
